Connecting Microsoft Project to Project Web-App

You will need to ask an adminstrator to assign a Project Plan 3 license to you and to add you to the "Project Managers" group in the AnTech PWA Sharepoint site for this to work.

Install Microsoft Project from 

Then launch Project and select the option to create a new blank project.

Go to the File menu and select 'Info', then 'Manage Accounts'

Click 'Add...' then enter the details as follows:

Click 'OK', check that 'When starting' is set to 'Use my default account' and click 'OK' again.

Now restart Project. After this the 'AnTech PWA' location will be available in the 'Open' and 'Save as' menus - store all your project plans in this location with the naming convention "{Project Code} - {Description of project}".

Use 'Create team from Enterprise' to ensure that assignments to team members are linked to those individuals' logins in Microsoft.
